Privacy Policy

We never store your conversations. The text you paste is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your verdict and is not written to our database or logs. What we keep is the generated analysis itself (score, flags, verdict text, suggested replies) so that your verdict link keeps working.

Quotes appear in verdicts. The analysis includes short quotes from the conversation as evidence. Anyone you share your verdict link with can see the free teaser, and anyone with their own unlocked access who opens your link can see those quotes. Share links with that in mind.

Verdict links are unlisted. Verdict pages use long random IDs, are excluded from search engines, and are only reachable by someone who has the link.

Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We store the minimum needed to keep your access working: your Stripe customer ID, the email used at checkout, your plan, and subscription status.

Rate limiting. To limit abuse of free checks we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address with a daily counter. Raw IP addresses are never stored.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less product analytics (page views and product events like "verdict viewed"). No conversation content is ever included in analytics events.

Cookies. DelusionCheck sets one cookie, and only after you purchase: a signed token that unlocks your access on this device. No tracking cookies, no ad tech.

Deletion. Want a verdict or your unlock record deleted? Email us from the address you paid with and we'll remove it.
