Terms of Service

Entertainment only. DelusionCheck analyzes patterns in text conversations you paste and produces an entertainment-style "verdict." It is not therapy, counseling, relationship advice, or a statement of fact about any real person's feelings or intentions. Do not make significant life decisions based on it.

18+. You must be at least 18 years old to use DelusionCheck. Do not submit conversations involving minors in a romantic context — such submissions receive a safety response, not a verdict.

Your content. You are responsible for what you paste, including having the right to share it. Conversations are processed to generate your verdict and are not stored — only the generated analysis is retained so your verdict link keeps working.

Acceptable use. Don't use DelusionCheck to harass, stalk, or harm anyone; don't attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service; don't resell access.

Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. The weekly pass renews automatically until canceled — you can cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" in the footer, which takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The lifetime pass is a one-time payment for access for the lifetime of the service.

No warranty. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. AI output can be wrong, unfair, or just plain weird. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on a verdict.

Changes. We may update these terms and the service at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
